Hello all,

Maybe some of you had followed the development of RGB - smart contracts 
made with client-side validation, which are able to add programmability and 
privacy to Bitcoin without any soft fork requirements or an onchain 
footprint. Recently we had announced the release of RGB to

Now, we'd like to present the formal specification for the consensus part
